Termite Inspection and WDI Report, Back in 48 Hours
The NPMA-33 wood-destroying insect report for buyers, sellers, realtors, attorneys and lenders, starting at $125 plus tax and emailed within 48 hours.
Chapter 01
What the inspector is looking for under your closing date
A wood-destroying insect report answers one question for a closing: is there evidence of insects that damage the structure? The inspector looks for subterranean termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and wood-boring beetles such as powderpost, because each leaves a different signature in the wood and each affects a sale differently.
The walk covers the foundation walls, basement or crawl space, garage, attic access and the exterior. Mud tubes on a block wall in Toms River, sawdust-like frass beneath a joist, a hollow tap along a sill plate, pinhole exits in old flooring. Each finding is recorded where it was found, not summarized into a general impression.
Buyers order it, and so do sellers who would rather know first. Realtors and attorneys request it to keep a contract moving, and lenders require it, VA loans commonly among them. Whoever asks for it, the report goes on the file in the same form, and everyone at the table is reading the same page.

From walk-through to emailed report
Price: starting at $125 plus tax. Turnaround: report emailed within 48 hours. Rush reports are available when your closing date is tight. That is the one number we publish, because the inspection is a defined job, and the answer to what it costs should not take a phone call to find out.
A licensed technician, NJ LIC# 91689B, does the inspection and completes the NPMA-33 form. Access matters: clear the way to the basement door, the attic hatch and the crawl space opening, and tell the technician about any area that is locked or blocked, because a blocked area is reported as exactly that.
The report is emailed, which lets everyone on the transaction see it at the same moment: the agent in Lakewood, the attorney in Point Pleasant, the lender waiting on a clear letter. Call (732) 527-5770 with the property address and the closing date, and we will say when it can be done and whether a rush report makes sense.
Chapter 03
When the report finds something
Evidence of insects on a report is not the end of a sale. Termites in a sill plate are a known, treatable condition, and most buyers and sellers in Holmdel and Marlboro have seen it before. What derails a closing is uncertainty and delay, not the finding itself, which is why the report names the location and the type of evidence plainly.
If termites are found, we can quote treatment on the spot so it doesn't hold up your closing. The quote is free and carries no obligation, and it comes from the same technician who found the evidence, who can show the buyer's agent exactly where it is and how far it extends.
Treatment for a house is a plan with monitoring afterwards, and the 100% satisfaction guarantee applies: if you are not satisfied with our service, we will come back and retreat your home at no additional cost to you. For a clean report, the file simply closes, and you move on to the next item on the checklist.
